Applying for PR in FSW after approved Working Holiday Visa

Hello Frieds,

I Need some real advise here,

I have an approved Working holiday Visa and planning to enter Canada within two months.

Can I Apply for FSW at this situation. If I can , are they gonna cancel my Working holiday Visa ?
Can I go to Canada with Working holiday visa, while FSW is in progress?
