Applying for PR as student

In December, I would have completed my 2-year master's degree and accumulated the equivalent of 1 year full-time experience (combination of full-time and part-time). I studied and lived in Montreal for the past 2 years and don't wanna apply to Quebec due to the additional French requirement. What is the easiest and fastest province to apply to? And does this province require me to reside there to complete my PR days or I can stay in Quebec during my PR.
