Hello! I am desperately looking for help with a few questions.
I have just graduated from Seneca college and getting ready to apply for a post graduate work permit with my girl friend, who will be applying for an open work permit as my common law partner.
We have lived at the same place for 1 and half years and have a joint account. She had been on working holiday visa until last october and has now been on her second visitor visa for about 6 to 7 months.
As part of the application package, there is a statutory declaration of common law union and what I am wondering is
1. do I need to fill it out with her and get it notarized by the commissioner of oaths or someone certified and then submit the post graduate work permit?
or 2. do I just fill out the form that came up on CIC within the application package?
Aside from the fact that I am still on the student visa with work permit that expires in 2 months, I already have a casual job that is on the NOC B list.

It will be a full time. And I am also looking for another full time just in case I didn't get promoted. Do you guys know if it has to be a permanent full time or it doesn't matter even if it is a temporary full time or like one year contract full time?
