Applying for PNP - 600 points?

Hi guys,

I've submitted my application as a CEC in the EE system. I only received 299 points, which most likely isn't going to cut it to get me a nomination. Also, I'm a NAFTA professional so I don't receive any points for being employed as an LMIA. My question is about applying for PNP. Since I have an indefinite contract from my Canadian employer, will I receive 600 points for this after I apply? Otherwise, what is the purpose of getting a PNP?
