Applying for PGWP with unofficial transcript

Hello, is it possible to apply for PGWP with unofficial transcript for website and then add official completion letter and official transcript via webform? Has anyone done this ?

Canada.ca says:


All you need to apply for a PGWP is

• an official letter from your school that confirms you’ve completed your study program or
• an official transcript or a copy of your transcript from your school’s website

I used my completion letter + unofficial transcript from my University's website and got my pgwp with no issues. Never submitted an official transcript after the fact

I don’t have the Completion Letter yet, waiting to get it, but I need to apply before Monday Jan 20. Website says OR… so I am not sure. Also wondering to apply and then send webform with Completion Letter in the next weeks, no later than mid February. I am so concerned with this.

You need the completion letter, you cant apply without it
