Please help me in understand about the requirement for applying for PCC
If a person is on TRV(Visitor VISA) and is currently residing in Canada, Can he/she apply for PCC through BLS for a different country (say INDIA)??
Is it mandatory to have either a PR card/ Work Permit/ Study Visa to apply for PCC in Canada?
When you apply, you must submit proofs of your status i.e. PR card or Work/Study permit with minimum 6 months validity. As a TRV visitor, this is not possible.
Also, it could take several weeks/months for the Indian consulate to issue a PCC. It's best to apply for a PCC from India
