I am planning to apply for my parents visitor visa for my convocation. My studies got over recently and I am on my applied status for my PGWP. I don't have a valid visa as of now as my study visa got expired on the same date my studies got over. Do I need a valid visa while applying for my parents visa? If not, Do you recommend me getting a TRV while I am already on my applied status for PGWP, without having the approved work permit? Please note that I just have a confirmation letter with an application number which I received after applying for my PGWP. Which option should I consider as my convocation is tentatively in February and I am on time crunch.

You are repeating same question, the answer is attach letter from IRCC confirming your implied status and other documents I assume will come from your parents..That letter will serve as proof of status.
