I will be applying online for parents visa, I will apply from my father cic a/c, now regarding imm5707 - does it need physical signature when applying online ?

Also my mother will appoint my dad as her representative , so does imm5713e family Representative form will aslo need physical signature ? when applying online ?

Also does document checklist form imm5484 also needs to be submitted or that is for information only ?
