Im a filipino and a domestic helper here in hongkong since 2013 and i want to apply as caregiver in canada but i just finish 77units in college as a requirements for applying...
Do i still qualify to apply a visa?

After November 30,2014, the new changes will be implemented, So you need to be atleast 3 years in college or 108 units above.
