Applying for Immigration from SAUDI ARABIA

Hi,

Iam an Indian working in SAUDI ARABIA, planning to apply for canada immigration under skilled worker category. i had completed my application form.

Can somebody guide me -
1.DO I NEED TO FILL UP SCHEDULE 1 BACKGROUND/DECLARATION FORM and SCHEDULE 3 ECONOMIC CLASSES FORM ALONG WITH APPLICATION FORM.

2. What are all Enclosures need to be put up along with application form.
