I have been in discussions with a company who are keen to hire me but the EE application delays are a potential dealbreaker. I have an EE application in progress (FSW Outland, AOR August 2020) but am also eligibile for the Global Talent Stream (GTS) work visa if I were to work for this company.
If my potential employer was to apply for the GTS visa for me, would this impact my EE application? My thinking is that I could go to Canada on the GTS visa, then switch to PR when(/if) my EE application is approved. I am hoping that it would be as simple as raising a web form for my EE application to update IRCC that I am inland...
