Applying for first Canadian passport from USA with citizenship certificate

I have citizenship oath on 16th Oct. I am currently living in US with Indian passport, Can I take the citizenship certificate back to usa after oath and apply for Canadian passport from USA with the embassy?

No, we went to Canada for Oath and then got the passport in Urgent application
