Applying for Closed work permit from India for my spouse by her employer while her PR application is in progress

Hello Everyone,

Hope you all doing great.!

I applied PR for my wife under family class couple of weeks ago. while I am waiting for AOR. my wife works for one of the IT consulting firm in India and that firm would like to bring her on-sight to Canada on closed work-permit. is applying for closed work permit for her while her PR is under progress ( her employer mentioned that application filing may start in 2 months, and I am assuming I may get AOR for her PR application) can someone please let me know having both applications in queue will impact any-other? .

This would really be an ICT not a closed work permit.

I have another question associated to above question of mine.

while my wife applying for WorkPermit (ICT), there was a question in application form saying "have you previously applied to enter or remain in Canada"

Since she hasn't received an AOR yet for her Spousal Sponsorship PR, does she need to answer this question as YES or should she answer "NO"

If we answer YES, they are asking the explanation, and in the explanation if she says she applied for PR. will there be a refusal of this ICT work permit.

Kindly answer this question ASAP.
