I applied for CEC in October 2012 and then left Canada (because I lost my job which was closed work permit) My WP expired Sept 2013
I am still in the process for CEC application.
I have appointed a representative to act on my behalf and still have an address in Canada
However, I am living in my home country now for almost a year.
Do I need to update CIC?
I am a January 2013 applicant, have recently received my medical examination request, and have completed the medicals on Dec 5th.
However I will leave Canada in January for one year (new job in Europe).
- Could you confirm that I should tell my representative that he has to update CIC about my new situation?
- Will that impact my application?

DId you get AOR ?
If yes, then your application is most likely in Ottawa
You can change your address online (while you are checking your status, there is such an option), or send email to OttPilot-Immigration @ cic.gc.ca
In your email, you should put your first name, last name, date of birth, UCI/ Client ID, Application Number, Type of Application (CEC)
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/offices/canada/ottawa.asp#faq
It is better to inform CIC about changing your address, since they are asking to do this
As for second question (changing address after MR), I do not know... In this case security check is passed already... I really do not know
