I'm currently in Sweden but I have a Polish passport. I spent my last 12 years of life here in Sweden and recently also finished secondary education here.

Will it be a problem that I have a Polish passport but I'm living in Sweden?

No. For study permit, you need to show funds, first year tuition paid and justify costs with career and education advancement. You need to show ties to return to Sweden or Poland.

Poland is very close to Sweden so I could justify the distance as negligible perhaps? My mom is in Poland but all of my friends, my brother and my dad are in Sweden.

Friends are not ties. If under 22, ties can be parents but you also need to show career/opportunities too.

Show that the Canadian program will give you better job opportunities & higher pay than continuing education in Sweden and Poland. So examples of pay & requesting specific program.
