Applying for BC PNP under EEBC with a job offer

I am applying for BC PNP EEBC, I secured a valid job offer in Vancouver however I currently work and live in USA. Assuming I get the nomination and then PR then do I need to immediately move to Vancouver to start working for that employer? I still have job in US and I am hoping to move later on after working an year or so in my current job in US. After I get PR, do I need to honor the job offer that I received in vancouver or I can move to canada later and find a new job?
