Applying for Authorization to return to Canada ( ARC )after COPR

Hi, I am looking for some help with ARC. I was subject to a departure order some years ago that later became a deportation order and I was then removed from Canada. I applied for express entry and just got my COPR. I did not realise that I need an ARC to return. The problem is as per the IRCC website it has to be applied alongside another application such as express entry or TRP. Also, the ARC timeframe is 24 months which will be after my visa expires. Any recommendations on how to deal with this? Thank you.

ircc will send you a letter requesting to pay the fee along with a letter explaining why you should be allowed back in CANADA ircc will add your name and uci on that arc file its not an application that can be found online
