Hi, I am currently employed since october 2014 here in Canada.

Im from the UK and about to apply for my second IEC working holiday visa.

If I get an LMIA from my company, will it be better for me to just apply for a work permit with my LMIA. Also would I need 12 months experience in my field or in Canada for me to do this?
