Hello when I was filling out the IMM 5645 E form I ran into an issue which is, it requires me to list my biological parents whom are deceased and I only know their names, how am I supposed to fill out their date of birth/date of death and city/town, country and date which it requires if listed parents are deceased?

They passed away when I was younger than two years old, then I was moved to an orphanage I know nothing about them other than their names since they're on my birth certificate.
