Applying for a spousal open work permit inside Canada via online !!!

Hi There,

Can anybody point out the procedure,documents and link to apply for a spousal open work permit from inside Canada via online?

Me and my husband are from India currently living in Toronto.He has a closed work permit till Dec 27,2013.

I able to find forms only for a Work permit application in cic website.

Plz help if anybody knows it.

hi,
please follow this wizard to guide you to start point.
http://www.cic.gc.ca/ctc-vac/getting-started.asp

you don't need any document to submit for a work permit, just follow application wizard then last step please attache pdf contains (your work permit, your passport, your wife passport, your contract, your last payslip, your wife visitor stamps). that's all

The application form is IMM5710.

I could not find an option to upload my spouse's work permit and passport in that online application.

Plz help !!!
