My daughter (19 years old) was included in our immigration file (as a non-accompanying child). Me and my family are now PR holders and now she wants to join us. Knowing that she has a UCI#, can she just request a visa directly through the visa center or I have to apply for her from Canada? Please if anyone has any info to guide me, I would be grateful. Thank you.

You can apply for her from Canada.
The process can take 12 months.

You have to apply for her from Canada. You will need to submit a full new application. Processing times for dependents is typically 6-8 months.
