Hi, I'll be finishing up my masters in Quebec within a year, and I intend to apply for the CSQ under regular program shortly after starting a continued PhD program. I know that is forbidden in PEQ, but I was wondering whether regular program actually forbids it. I know it's not the ideal spirit of the program (please don't just repeat the 'intention to work' part... I get it!), but they have definitely worded the 'continuation of studies' section differently for those two programs, and I was wondering whether it was a go or not. Because of processing times I will be basically finishing my PhD by the time PR comes anyway, even if I can apply for CSQ right after starting PhD.
