Hi! I would like to ask if there is any way that I can apply under Express Entry without accompanying spouse that will undergo medical and IELTS? My status is still married but my spouse and I are not in good terms anymore and not communicating for years. We are not yet legally seperated or divorced .

If you apply as married you'll be required to provide his/her medicals and PCC.
You must declare the marriage. But you can add letter of explanation about your inability to provide medical tests and PCC.

If you have filed a court case, you can still use the acknowledgment letter for filing PR application.
