Applying before Nikkah or After Ruksati

Hello,
I have done nikkah in Pakistan where a proper reception took place and my ruksati going to be happening in February inshAllah. What i wanted to ask here was if its okay to apply now and tell them the date of the ruksati or wait till the ruksati is done and then apply. I wanted to get opinions here?

Wait until the rukhsati is done. This question often ends up in appeal, and usually if the rukhsati has not been done, the sponsor loses.

Agreed with the above. Definitely wait until after rukhsati.
