Applying a study permit question!

I am working on my study permit application
I have a question... I have no idea how to answer.

In addition to a study permit, are you also applying a work permit?

What should I choose one? 1) co-op work permit 2) off campus work permit 3) open work permit 4) post graduation work permit

As for me, I need an off campus work permit as well as post graduation work permit, what should I do??
