Good day. I'd like to ask if it's safe to apply for an H1B visa in the US while the PR sponsorship is in progress.
My partner's employer is US based but her boss is ok with remote work from Canada. Her boss does want to apply her for an H1B visa since she will be required to fly to clients in the US from time to time.
Current PR sponsorship status is AOR1 received.
Hoping someone know the answer or could give advice/recommendations.
