i want to ask from you now i am live in ottawa with student visa from last two month.and my brother live in manitoba with permanent residence last two year. i have two questions ?
1. can i apply under mpnp .is this is possible to apply under mpnp with live in ottawa with student visa. basically i am from india.
2. i have almost 70 points for apply under mpnp .i am only want to ask can this is possible to get permanent visa for manitoba.i am eligible for mpnp but i want to ask from you can i apply in this situation .
