Apply trv with approval letter

My pgwp has been approved and can i apply trv with approval letter only as i have not recieved my permit after two months?

Others can comment as well but do not see any reason why not given you could refer to your PGWP approval in the system.

Sorry i did not get u... my question is that like my pgwp was approved but not recieved in mailing address. I have applied for replacement but in the mean time can i apply for trv with just approval letter of pgwp and thanks for helping me out

Same thing bro , my pgwp is lost in mail can I apply with pgwp approval letter for trv , any answer is highly appreciated.
