APPLY TRV for my parents on Sep 22 still no update ?

Hi guys,
i apply online for TRV for my parents on sep 22, 2013. Still no response. Got confirmation email that's it. Do you know how long i have to wait. CIC shows 13 days for Singapore visa office.

Given the strike only recently finished and there's probably a backlog of applications - I would give it another 3 weeks.
