Apply through SINP

I have a doubt here. Please help me guys if you can.

I have a SINP account which I created with category "International Skilled Worker: Employment Offer". Now I want to use the same account to apply in the category "International Skilled Worker: Occupation In-Demand". Is it Possible?

Or I have to wait until PNP open for "International Skilled Worker: Occupation In-Demand" and then create new account there to apply?

Every single suggestion/help is welcome and thanks in advance.
