Hello all,
I will apply student permit from US for the summer program (MBA) in Canada. I am a China citizen with legal work status in the US. Just wonder if I can return to China for visit when I wait for the permit approval or I have to stay in the US till I get the permit? Can I enter Canada from China or has to enter from US?
