My husband currently on Asylum status in US and i am canadian citizen applying for his PR on spousal sponsorship. Does his status in the US going to impact on the application. Can he apply for travel documents to re enter US once he come to canada. What is process?

It's possible your husband's application may fall under greater scrutiny due to his status in the US. However as long as you have strong relationship evidence, this shouldn't be an issue and you should be approved.
It's not guaranteed that he will be easily able to re-enter the US once he leaves. This will depend on a number of factors, including elements such as whether he has been in the US without status for any period of time and how long. He will also be abandoning his asylum application when he moves to Canada and there may be implications to that. I would recommend you post this question to a US immigration forum (not here) with very detailed information about his history in the US.
