My wife currently lives with me in Canada as a visitor. I'd like to sponsor her under Family Class Sponsorship in the next month. He will leave Canada at the beginning of September and won't be back until May 2014. I wanna send out application before she leaves Canada. Should I apply as she is inside of Canada or outside? She had medical exam and police certificate done in Canada. Please comment if you know. Thanks!
If the applicant will be leaving Canada for whatever reason, you need to apply outland.
If you apply inland and for some reason the applicant leaves and is denied entry back to Canada, the entire application is cancelled and you need to start over again. Inland should only be used in cases where the applicant is prepared to spend their entire processing time within Canada.
Apply Outland , it is faster and also what youyou said is right , good luck and hope your process is going to be fats, and you dont have to wait like some of us .

Also note that if she does come, she's allowed to stay for 6 months at a time, not the whole 10 years. If she wants to stay longer than 6 months she will need to apply for an extension.

is not problem to extend here visa you can go in immigrations and extended your visa, sometimes even you dont need to exten your visa if she have a multi visa for 10 years
