Apply outland but I stay Canada as a visitor

I have a question about checklist.
I am visiting Canada but I want apply outland.
I confused because I don't know how to tick in the page 1, quest 4, Class of Application.

Which anwser I must tick?

I am currently living outside Canada, and I am aplying under the Family class

or
I am currently living in Canada and I am applying under Family Class.........

Please help me. THanks.

As a visitor, you are not living in Canada so as long as you are maintaining a residence outside of Canada. I assume that's where you'll return to during processing? In that case, you should choose the option that you are living outside of Canada.

When do you leave Canada to return to your home?
