Hi.
I am a Permanent Resident in Canada. My parents (living in Peru) would like to come to Canada to visit and they need a new visa since their old one (They already came to Canada 4 times before) has expired.
However I do not know which way of application should I take, thorugh a VAC Office website in Lima Peru, or directly on the IRCC website (online) what is the differences between them? Somebody told that since I am his son and a PR from Canada the should apply easily online on IRCC website? But I need requirments in english?
Which one is the best option for a visitor who wants to travel to Canada to visit a family relative who is a PR?
