Hi all, Is it possible to submit an in Canada spousal sponsorship application and pay the fees a few weeks later or pay the fees and then submit application with receipt? thanks.

You need to pay all the fees upfront except the RPRF. However, it's strongly advised to pay that as well, to prevent delays further down the line.
