i can give you some information. Rather checking online best thing is to contact with real estate agen or mortgage broker, because there are lot of information which first time buyer doesnt know. As you mention you can afford 20% down payment, in that case most of the banks will be happy to give u mortgage. if u need more info send me email livefaisal@hotmail.com
