Apply from Saudi Arabia and i am From Pakistan...... ??? Is it possible

Anyone can explain me... I wanted to apply for study visa for canada and i am a Pakistani citizen i work here in Saudi Arabia..... Can i apply through saudia Arabia or not

I mean u should have a valid iqama n a valid job contract....
