I am waiting for a decision on my study permit extension application, while I may actually graduate before that(finish defending my paper).
I wonder can I start to work full time immediately if I submit a work permit application and when I am still under a study permit implied status?
Honestly, I am worrying for my study permit extension may be rejected, so I would think if it is a good idea to get a work permit application submitted as soon as possible since I am still eligible to study and graduate under the current implied status.
The tricky part is if the study permit implied status is considered as a valid study permit under the work permit application criteria.

No, I don't think you are. The implied study permit is only for studying. The implied study permit cannot then be used for implied work permit. Too many implieds.
