Apply for study permit in London

Does anybody know how to apply for the study permit in London?
I have to apply for work permit at the same time when I apply for the study permit, so how to do that?
Is there any specific checklist could be shared with me? Thanks in advance!
I am studying in the university currently, but I am accepted by the one of designated college in Canada, so I decided to entry into Canadian college. If so, what sort of documentation about my current university in London should I provide attached with my application of study permit?
I really need a instruction or specific guide of that. Does anyone skilful could help me out?

do I have to apply to travel document when I apply for study permit?
There is a passport section in supporting document of checklist said,'We encourage you to have a travel document valid for a period of at least one year at the time of application in order to minimize processing delays.

You must submit a legible copy of your valid travel document which you will use to travel. '

Do I have to submit it? I don't know what it is at all...
