I had applied for my fiance's tourist visitor visa back in aug(not married at that time) , received rejection on Nov 7.
In this TRV Application I had showed no connection of myself , as I thought to apply as genuine tourist coming to Canada and accordingly prepared letter of explanation.
Query -
Now we are married and I'll be applying for a spousal PR application family class outside Canada.
I'm planning to apply for spousal visa - TRV based on AOR of spousal pr application.
What documents shall.i include and I would need to explicitly mention that this TRV Application would be dual intention ?
Is it a good idea to approach an immigration agent given that there was a previous TRV rejection on spousal profile.
