I am a BE in Computer Science Engg in India, graduated in 2014 with 51% and a few backs as well. For the past 6 years I have worked in a couple of IT companies as Software Developer, as well as in a non-profit. Now I am applying for a Graduate Certificate in Project Management, to complement by technical training and do well in my career.
I have got offers from few different colleges/ univs: Algoma Univ Brampton, Montreal College of IT, Conestoga- Kitchener, and Centennial College near Toronto.
They vary between 1 year and 2 year programs, all starting in Jan/ Feb 21.
Any recommendation as to which is better for student visa? Given my long 6 year back and poor academics in Engg, what can I do to strengthen my student permit chances.
Some say Algoma Univ is better for visa but others have said Conestoga is better. Any thoughts?

Sounds like you are doing a Post graduate diploma not a Master's, which are 2 different levels of study. In the choices you have listed, besides Montreal College, they are all on the same level.
