Dear Sir/Madam,

I am planning to apply for a tourist Visa on March 2013. Should I be granted a tourist visa, am i still eligible to apply for the FSWC?

Lastly, I am applying for a tourist visa because my fiance and I are planning to get married in Canada this December 2013. Knowing the FSWC, there is no assurance that it'll be available before the wedding which made me decide to get a resident visa.

Once married and the FSWC visa has not yet arrived, I am planning to just apply for a spousal visa. If that's the course that I would take, should I retract my FSWC application in order for me to apply for a spousal visa?

Hope you can help we with this.

Best regards,
Ivan
