Apply for federal skilled while waiting for H&C

i was denied refugee status but they cant send me back because its not safe , i applied 2 years ago for H&C to obtain PR status but i have not heard back yet, currently im working and studying . Can i apply for federal skilled worker while waiting for H$C

It depends on what status you hold in Canada. Typically you end up out of status in Canada due to a refugee claim which would prevent you from applying for FSW/EE (you have to be holding valid status to apply).
