Since Nova Scotia is part of the Atlantic provinces -- what would be recommended?

If applying for Nova Scotia - then it would be either the "Skilled Worker" stream or the Nova Scotia Experience: Express Entry" stream...

Both have different requirements so which one are you eligible for? Do you have an EE profile?
