Hi, I am currently on a Young Professional Visa (second IEC visa) which will expire mid September. I have found a course which I would be interested in taking. The course starts in early September so I was wondering if I can apply for a student permit while I already am in Canada on a working visa? And would it get processed in time for the course to start? Thanks!
