I am already waiting for a negative decision as the PRRA acceptance rate is below 5%. My parents and siblings are now protected refugees (accepted) in another country so I was wondering if I could get a travel document and join them. Can failed asylum seekers apply for a refugee travel document ? My passport was seized and is now expired anyway.
