Currently, I am working in Canada with a closed work permit (almost from 1 year ago) because my company from Spain sent me here.
I receive all my payrolls in Spain to my spanish account and I am paying the spanish taxes.
I would like to apply for first time to a PR (Express Entry) and some requirements are:
at least 12 months of skilled work experience in Canada, in the last three years (before you apply)
gained your work experience in Canada with the proper authorization
So, I don't know if I am eligible because I am paying the taxes in Spain and not in Canada (NOA)
