Apply Canada visitor visa after overstayed in UK

Can any one help me .i want to apply visitor visa for canada.but one problem is that I am overstayed in uk for about 3 years .but no one deport me .I come in my home country on my expenses .and here I have lost my passport 2 times and after I make new one with diffrent numbers.my real sister is in Canada and send me invitation letter.please suggest me for that.
