I have applied for federal skill worker 2 years ago and was a student in Canada. I finished my MSc and also worked for almost a year in Canada. My spouse had admission in the states so we moved here 3 months ago. Before, we move we got our medicals done and now I have been asked for additional documents including a reference letter from my employer. I have two questions: 1- now that we moved and are in the states would that influence my application in any ways? 2- I am unemployed right now, since they asked me for a letter of employment and I just moved I am unemployed, how would that affect my file or I am just being oversensitive and am totally fine? please help. I need to send the documents. Thanks
